Alpha International has been ISO 9001:2008 certified since July 2009. This certificate relates to Alpha International’s quality management system.
In order to comply with the applicable norm, the quality policy must be recorded on paper and must be communicated to all employees. The organisation must demonstrate its commitment to improving customer satisfaction by fulfilling customer wishes and demands and the statutory regulations applicable to its product or service. Furthermore, the organisation must be able to demonstrate its control of business operations.
After an external audit, the organisation can receive a certificate that shows that it complies with the requirements of the norm. This is a sign for the organisation and its customers that its quality management (care, control and assurance) is performed in a predefined and structured manner.
For Alpha International, this ISO certification is confirmation that our quality and customer satisfaction processes are well set-up. This ISO certification also helps us to continue testing our procedures, performance and service orientation, and to improve them still further.
The ISO certificate is awarded by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) for a three year period. LRQA will conduct six-monthly checks on Alpha International’s process implementation.
