E-ordering from Alpha International

 

Alpha International has developed a number of services which can help further streamline both our processes and make them more efficient. One of these services is e-ordering.

 

What is e-ordering?

E-ordering was developed to optimise the existing communication flows relating to orders. The traditional order process involves extensive internal and external paper flows relating to orders, order response, packing notes and invoices. Thanks to the e-ordering process, this internal and external paper flow will now be replaced by electronic documents.


What does e-ordering involve in practice?

Alpha International offers you two possible e-ordering methods:
1.You order your products via the Alpha International webshop or
2.You simply enter your order into your own system, stating your product numbers, after which a direct link sends your order directly to Alpha International.


What does this mean for you?

Thanks to the e-ordering possibilities offered by Alpha International, you can save a lot of time: just submit your order by one of the methods described above and the rest is easy!

 

The e-ordering process also saves your sales team at Alpha International a great deal of time: the less time we spend entering your orders manually, the more time we have to respond to your personal wishes and requirements!

How does e-ordering work?

 

1.Via the website
Once you have placed your order via our webshop, the process is simple. You just enter your orders, add a different dispatch address if you wish to use a drop shipment and click on ‘place order’. As soon as your account manager has processed your order, you will receive digital confirmation and your order is complete.

 

2.Via a XML link
If you place at least 50 order lines with us every month, you can also use an XML link. Your order is then placed in an XML file and this XML document is sent by e-mail. The subsequent order confirmation, packing note and invoice are all then sent by e-mail.

3.Validate the XML files on the website of Alpha International
4.Contact your account manager so that we can monitor your first e-order
