Q : Once I have generated the XML files can I test them?
A : You can test these files with our ‘XML validator’, which can be found at http://www.alpha-international.eu/nl/e-business/e-procurement/xmlvalidator.html. ‘The XML validator checks your XML messages for syntax and structure, and the data they contain is checked for length and format. If you complete this validation successfully then you are ready for the next step in the process.’

Q : I have created the files and validated them, what now?
A : If the XML validation went well you need to get in touch with your account manager. He or she will guide you through your first E-order and will run through the order with you to check that everything has been processed correctly.
