Service Desk

The Service Desk is responsible for the After Sales Support of Alpha International in the broadest sense of the term.

This means that any discrepancies which may occur after the goods have left our European Distribution Centre (EDC) can be reported to the Alpha International Service Desk. This includes reports of short shipments, transport damage and any possible delivery problems.

In addition the Service Desk handles return requests such as stock returns, incorrect ordering and warantees. If desired the Service Desk can assist the client or offer advise regarding the improvement of their inhouse RMA procedure.

The enables you to easily report discrepancies and track the status of each request until the issue is resolved. After completing the RMA form you can check the status of your RMA request .
