Add items to your basket using an Excel file
Do you want to add a large number of items to your basket quickly and easily? It's easy! Simply upload your Excel file and the items are automatically added to your basket.
Requirements for the Excel file
There must be two untitled columns. Fill in the item number in column A and the quantity in column B.
There are a number of ways to fill in the item number. You can use our item number, the item number of the supplier, your own item number or the product's EAN code.
Above is an example of a correctly filled in Excel file. It can be used as a model when making your own file. After uploading the Excel file, you will see a control page. This will show all the items both found and not found. On the next page all parts uploaded are added to your basket.

TIP: If you want to use a product’s EAN code as an item number and the code starts with a 0, Excel drops the 0. For example Excels converts the number 023478234 to 23478234. This means that the item is not recognised by the system. This can be solved by changing the cell format from numbers to text (cell format→number→text), and to then type the 0.
