Alpha International has developed a series of electronic services for our clients to refine and further streamline their operational processes.

We have collected these services under one name: X-tend. This programme brings together the different e-commerce and e-procurement modules in one package. X-tend automates all the different stages of the ordering process making it easy and worry free. X-tend furthermore gives you the chance to expand and take full advantage of your online sales channels.

E-commerce

As a specialist in the sales of electronic office supplies, we have a Content Management Team ready and waiting to help you. The team is continually working on adding information, such as extra product information and images, to the supplies. This content is permanently available so that your webshop can be updated every day with the most recent information. The product feed is sent to you on a daily basis and, if required, can be refreshed every hour with the most recent stocks. Our product feed will take your content worries away!

This comprehensive content can also be received through our supply selector. This web service has the same function as the product feed, the only difference being that you can adjust your own filters and group your own information directly online. Any product changes are immediately visible on the supply selector.

Alpha International also makes a free catalogue available on the website which can be downloaded according to the information that you would like to include in your own catalogue such as stock levels or pricing. Using the online menu, you can choose how often you would like to receive the catalogue and in what format.

E-procurement

Procurement is not only one of the most time consuming parts of operations, it is also one of the most vulnerable to mistakes. The chance of mistakes, and thus of costly recovery time and related costs, is highest during the ordering and invoicing processes. X-tend's E-procurement solution is a completely automated and standardised process. It starts with your first request regarding the price and availability of our products, which is directly visible online or in your ERP system. You then place your E-order on Alpha International either via our webshop or through a standard EDI link after which you will receive confirmation of receipt of your order. You can check the status of your order on our website during the entire process, from placement to shipping. Once the shipment is sent, you will receive a packing note and the invoice completely digitally for further processing in your company. Result: efficiency and cost savings!
