What is the price and availability service?
A major part of X-tend is the price and availability service. This module is integrated into the website or loaded directly into your ERP system as a separate webservice or as an addition to the supply selector. This service is aimed at strategic and loyal customers of Alpha International.
What does the price and availability service involve?
This application allows you to request prices and determine the availability of products from Alpha International at any time. You can, for example, consult your own ERP system to find out whether the product is in stock and the price at which it is being offered, before placing the order directly through your own ERP system or website (see: E-ordering).
What does this mean for you?
The online price and availability service ensures that you have constant access to a quality tool that is complete and up-to-date with correct stock and price information. The service also enables you to find out the price and stock status through your own website or ERP system.
