April 2012
Taking effect on 1 April 2012, Alpha International has made changes to its organisational structure. One of these changes is the stepping down of the Managing Director, Ralph Wouters van den Oudenweijer. He was appointed CEO of the Saphin Investment Group, of which Alpha International is a part.
Ralph Wouters van den Oudenweijer’s successor is Marc Nijhof, who was Commercial Director at Alpha International. Marc Nijhof will remain, next to his new position as Managing Director, responsible for the European sales organisations and marketing & communication.
In addition to Marc Nijhof, the other members of the board of directors are Geert Kurvers (Operations) and Jelmer van den Beld (Finance).
“After 15 years at the helm, it is the right time to hand Alpha International over to the board of directors. I have complete faith that Alpha International will further develop under its care and further build on its strong and stable position in Europe. From my new role as CEO of the Saphin Investment Group, I will remain closely involved in the strategic direction of Alpha International,” says Ralph Wouters van den Oudenweijer.
